Dedicated to zealous advocacy, Morgan practices criminal defense in Wake County. Her experience is predicated upon the defense of misdemeanor criminal charges including driving while impaired (DWI), sex offenses, larceny, assault, property damage, underage drinking tickets, open container tickets and traffic tickets. Morgan is a graduate of University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law and Hollins University. While at the UNC School of Law, faculty and peers elected her as Symposium Editor for the North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation. Her peers further selected her as a member of the prestigious UNC School of Law Broun National Trial Team.

Morgan’s criminal defense practice has been focused in Wake County. Morgan previously served with the Office of the Wake County Public Defender where she developed invaluable litigation skills, and developed long-lasting professional relationships. Morgan was the Office’s primary counsel for Satellite Based Monitoring hearings until she joined the Criminal Litigation Team of Hatch, Little & Bunn in January, 2014.

As a member of Hatch, Little & Bunn’s litigation team, Morgan’s focus remains on criminal defense and the needs of her clients, both in and out of court.
