Harold’s practice covers environmental law, business planning, corporate law, acquisitions and administrative law. He is a graduate of both the undergraduate program and the School of Law at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Harold is a member of the Environmental Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association and has been a guest lecturer for the Management Institute of the North Carolina Petroleum Marketers Association. He was also a member of the business law faculty at North Carolina State University for 15 years. Harold is licensed to practice in all North Carolina state and federal courts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit. Harold has served as chair of the Salvation Army Advisory Board and is a past president of the Kiwanis Club of Raleigh.
